Lisa Olivia Munn was conceived in Oklahoma City. Kimberly Schmid is of Chinese origin and grew up in Vietnam. The father of her Winston Barrett Munn is from an American family with strong roots in the South of America. Her parents divorced when she was the age of two. Her family consisted of her mother, who served in the United States Air Force, and her stepfather. She was raised primarily in Tokyo, Japan, even when the family moved often. It was where she appeared in stage productions in this time and was a actress for Japanese business. Olivia has been living with her parents in Los Angeles in order to fulfill her desire to become an actor, continued to work towards her goal after the family returned to America. Her acting journey began by playing a minor part. It was then that her acting career gained momentum when she was hired as Mily Acuna in the Hawaii-lensed television series Beyond the Break (2006). In 2007 she appeared as Rob Schneider's receptionist. She is the host of "The Daily Nut", "Formula D" and "The Formula D Podcasts" on G4.
