Ally Sheedy
Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy born in June 1962 was an American actor from the United States. After her 1983 debut film Bad Boys, Sheedy became part of the Brat pack of actors. She was in WarGames (1983) The Breakfast Club (1985), Short Circuit (1986) as well as WarGames. Sheedy won the Independent Spirit Award in 1998 for best female lead. It was because of her portrayal as Lisa Cholodenko in High Art. Ally Sheedy was born in America and she is an actor and an writer. Her career in film began in the her early 80s when she was featured in the crime drama film, Bad Boys. The film was directed by Rick Rosenthal, other well-known actors such as Sean Penn Esai Morales Clancy Brown as well as Alan Ruck also appeared. After her debut success in a movie she starred in The Breakfast Club - a comedy/drama. John Hughes directed one of best films aimed at high schools. Although the film's budget was only $1 million, its profits exceeded $50 million. As she worked on the show the first time on TV, her television debut was made with CBS Schoolbreak. It was a program designed for teens and aired in April of 1980. Chicago Story Big City Samuels and the Kid as well as Hill Street Blues were some other TV shows the actress appeared on. The show Little Sister she makes a guest appearance. She is also in X-Men Apocalypse a superhero film with her part being only a short cameo. Sheedy for her amazing performances has won numerous awards including her MTV Movie Award for Silver Bucket of Excellence Award in 2005.
